SC Freiburg's Zandi loaned to second division team Vfb Luebeck

Berlin, June 20, IRNA -- Second division side SC Freiburg sent its Iranian midfielder Fereydoon Zandi on loan for one season to newly-promoted second division squad Vfb Luebeck, the daily Frankfurter Rundschau reported Thursday.
The 23-year-old Zandi, a former member of the under 21 German national team, had joined Freiburg two years ago but was only sporadically used by the southwest German team which was relegated to the second division at the end of the just-concluded Bundesliga season.
Zandi was considered a great talent by German football scouts but has not met the expectations yet.
