PLDC - Iran’s national football team has reportedly suffered a setback in its plans for upcoming training camp friendlies in Turkey, with North Macedonia and Angola withdrawing from scheduled matches.
According to reports, both federations pulled out due to the current situation and political issues in Iran, despite earlier negotiations with the Iranian Football Federation to arrange the friendlies.
The two teams are said to have formally informed Iran of their decision through official letters, leaving Team Melli searching for alternative opponents as preparations continue for the upcoming camp in Turkey.
