Khoramgah, “Esteghlal is ready for Shiraz”

PLDC - Esteghlal of Tehran will play against Bargh Shiraz in Shiraz today, 14/12/2002, which is the final match of the 7th week of the Professional League. Before leaving for Shiraz Mohammad Khoramgah, Esteghlal of Tehran player, commented, “Esteghlal is fine and prepared. We are hopefully going to win.”

“We are judging ourselves by Sepahan and worry about how much progress they are making. If we draw or lose in Shiraz we will fall very far behind the other clubs. I am not playing in this match because I am injured. I sprained my ankle in Uzbekistan and I have not recovered yet. I have been told to rest for a week by the team doctors.”

“I am still travelling with my team and I’ll continue my treatment in Shiraz to recover sooner. When we return, I’ll have physiotherapy for a week in the morning and afternoon so I can return to training again.”
