Ansarian recovering from injury

PLDC - Persepolis defender, Ali Ansarian, has been recovering from a recent injury and was absent against Malavan in the Elimination Cup. He also cannot participate in the team practice sessions and is working out alone.

In a recent press interview he said, “I had my first practice session yesterday, 1/12/2002 and that was 45 minutes of bodybuilding exercises. I don’t know when I’ll be ready to play yet. In the match against Malavan, Persepolis played badly in the first half. I watched it from TV and I was bored with the match. Everything turned around in the second half though and we got results.”

“I don’t know why I am so unlucky. The team gets a penalty when I am not playing. It happened in the games against Malavan and Machin Sazi and I was absent from both. I suggest that when we are not getting results to send me to the bench so that we can get a penalty and win the game.”
