Dinmohammadi, “All is up to Koch”

PLDC - Dinmohammadi, Esteghlal player, took part in the match against Uzbekistan, which ended with the 1-0 victory of Esteghlal in the first leg of this round of the Asian Clubs Super Cup. Although Dinmohammadi shot the ball at the opponent’s goal mouth, he did not manage to score any goals. In a press interview he spoke after the match, “The Uzbek goal keeper was hard to get through as are all Russian types. They possess a good style which helps them to defend their goal mouth. But the wall was penetrated by Hasheminasab who scored for us.”

“Esteghlal performed well and I think they were very active and prepared. The opponents were tough. We should have scored more goals though. In the return leg we must be cleverer. We have to run well and make use of the empty spaces. We must not foul on them in our penalty area. The referee will be on their side as it is their home turf.”

“I may play if Koch sees fit. It is all up to him. He is the boss here.”
