PLDC - The Under-23 Iranian national football team will travel to Dubai on Monday and will play a friendly against UAE on Tuesday afternoon local time. The team will then fly back to Tehran and will hold light training sessions for five days before facing Australia's under-23 in the first match of the 2008 Olympic qualifiers in Tehran. Iran is grouped with Australia, Saudi Arabia and Jordan. The top two teams will advance to the next round of the qualifiers that will consist of 12 teams, 3 of which will eventually qualify for the Olympic games in China next year.
