MNA – Iran’s midfielder Mehdi Mahdavikia has picked up an injury but he is in the starting lineup in Sunday’s friendly against Croatia in Osijek, announced the goalkeeping coach Saturday night. Ahmad Sajjadi, in his talks with MNA, added the Hamburg star sustained a back injury during the training, but the doctors said it is not serious, allowing him to play the fellow World Cup finalist Croatia. |
