PLDC - Rasoul Khatibi, the Iranian National who plays for Pas of Tehran, has been expelled by his club. Sources from Pas have announced that Sardar Ajorlou, Chairman of Pas upon the request of Mr. Shahrokhy, his club's Head Coach, has expelled Khatibi because of violation and disobedience. Regarding this issue, Ajorlou commented, "Perhaps some people believe that his expulsion was a result of the missed penalty in the Abumoslem game or because of his friendship with Kazemi, Abumoslem's Coach; however, I decided to expel him for 2 other reasons. First for violating and disobeying one of Mr. Shahrokhi, orders and second for his interview with Iran Varzeshi. In the game with Abumoslem, Mr. Shahrokhi had chosen Azizi to take the penalty but Khatibi ignored that order and subsequently the penalty went for naught. Later in an interview with Iran Varzeshi Khatibi told reporters, 'Since the presence of Shahrokhi in Pas I have lost my confidence in taking penalties.' and this action deserves punishment." Ajorlou also divulged, "Khatibi has been fined 1 million Tomans and his presence in the team has been forbidden." Abdolhossein Edalati
