Ivankovich drops five from training camp

AFC - Iran coach Branko Ivankovich has dropped five players from his squad of 28 taking part currently in the national team training camp to prepare for the World Cup qualifier against Japan on Friday.


The five players are Vahid Taleblou, Amir Hossein Sadeghi, Hossein Kazemi from Esteghlal and another two Bijan Kooshki and Mojtaba Jabari from Abu Moslem.


Four of them have been sent to the Iran B team which are preparing for the OIC Games in April at Saudi Arabia while Kazemi has gone back to his club.
