| PFDC - The fourth training
session of the Iranian national team before the West Asian Games was done
today. Mohammad Ranjbar, the team's caretaker talks about the final list. "We have done 6 sessions so far. We will leave to Kuwait on Monday. We will take 17 players from the 24 invited players and 3 players from Esteghlal will join us after their matches in the Asian Club Championship semi-finals in Tehran." In regards to the foreign based players, he said: "I don't know why the clubs did not follow the FIFA rules to give us our players. The IFF is still working on it. This is our right to have them with the team when there is any official games but they have not yet done anything to release the players." "We will announce the final list later today." concludes Ranjbar.
