Uzbekistan Beats Malavan in Asia-Africa Football Event

Mehr News – Uzbekistan handed Iran’s representative in the first Asia-Africa football event, Malavan, the first defeat in Hyderabad, India, Friday.
Last week, the Asian Football Confederation at last agreed with participation of Malavan, an Iranian team from northern Gilan Province, in the Asia-African competitions.
Iran’s Football Federation had already announced the country’s under-23 squad would not be able to take part in the event.
