Malavan to Represent Iran in Asia-Africa Football Meet

Mehr News – The Asian Football Confederation at last agreed with participation of Malavan, an Iranian team from northern Gilan Province, in the Asia-African event in Hyderabad, India.
The northerners will leave here for Hyderabad via Manama and Bombay Wednesday afternoon.

Iran’s Football Federation had already announced the country’s under-23 squad would not be able to take part in the competitions.
