Pass edged out Esteqlal 2-1 to bounce back to the third place on the table

Tehran, March 11 - Mid-season champion Esteqlal was crushed out surprisingly Monday 2-1 against Pass, but still topped the premier league Azadegan cup table.
. The far expected win before 10,000 spectators brought the white clothed Pass a precious 3 points, bouncing it back to the third place of the standings after the runner-up pirouzi (perspolis). The Pass squad favored by the former national team favorite striker Khodadad Azizi exhibited a solid game to oust head coach Pour Heidari's men, holding the first place despite its second leg flop against Pass today.

Ostovari last-gasp winner gives Paykan three points
Striker Reza Ostovari netted in the last minute Monday to help his side Paykan take three sweet points in its
clash against Saipa in the 15th week of Iran Pro League.
Playing on the pitch of Tehran's Azadi Stadium, the two teams of the capital had shared the points but Ostovari stunned the players and coaches of Saipa with a 90th-minute winner.  With 23 points, Paykan promoted to the fifth place from eighth spot in the table and Saipa is now at the 11th place, winning 14 points.
